Please read the following privacy statement to understand how the Naviter Open treats your personal information when you use our site. We may change this policy from time to time. If we do change it we will let you know via our homepage and will give you the opportunity to opt out of any changes. However, this may affect your use of the site.

The information we collect
We request information from users at various points on the site. We need to collect personal information about you such as your name, email address, telephone number and health.

What we do with your personal information
The Naviter Open uses your personal information to notify you of any new features or special offers which we think may be of interest to you. We may also use your information for internal administration and analysis. If you send in a registration via our site, in order to complete the transaction, we may need to disclose your information to third party providers, their agents or our partners in order to carry out your request. We may also disclose your information to third parties for the purposes of associated administration, and obtaining professional advice. However, we do not sell, rent, trade or give away any of your personal information to third parties for any purpose without your express consent. We may send your information internationally which may include countries outside the European Economic Area. Such other countries offer differing levels of protection of personal information, not all of which may be as high as in the UK or parts of Europe.

Cookies are small files, which are sent to your browser and stored on your computer's hard disk. We may use these cookies on a limited basis (e.g. to store your unique personal identification details given to you on registration). We think that using cookies in this way is beneficial as it means that once your identifying code is stored in the cookie, you do not need to type in a user name and password each time you return to our site. Other than this, we do not store personal information in the cookie or use it for any other purpose. If you do not wish to receive any promotional or marketing information you may 'opt out' at any time by e-mailing us at info@flyevent.org.

While the Naviter Open strives to protect its users personal information and privacy, we do not guarantee the security of any information you disclose online and you do so at your own risk. You acknowledge that you are aware of security and privacy limitations inherent to the internet environment.

Partner Association
Whilst the Naviter Open has close relationships with its sponors, and in particular Naviter D.o.o, the organisers have sole responibility for all aspects of the event. It's partners, Naviter D.o.o, XC Magazine and any other such sponsors have no legal liability attached to them and all concerns should be directed to the event organisers.

Registration opens soon

Registration for the Naviter Open event started on December 19th at 11am CET. Payments can start paying from Thursday 3rd January 2019.

The venue for 2019 is Tolmin, SLOVENIA. This venue has a long history of competitions, both big and small and we feel it is the right choice for the 2019 Naviter Open.

Dates are 15 - 22 June 2019
